Chris Paone served as Director of Global Logistics for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). USSOCOM develops, and employs, the world's finest SOF to conduct global special operations and activities as part of the Joint Force, in concert with the U.S. Government Interagency, Allies, and Partners, to support persistent, networked, and distributed combatant command operations and campaigns against state and non-state actors all to protect and advance U.S. policies and objectives.
Chris retired as a Colonel after multiple high visibility leadership positions with broad organizational responsibility. Mr. Paone is the Founder, President, and the CEO of CLP Advisory Group, LLC.
Mr. Paone previously served as the Brigade Commander of the 10th Support Group and senior Army leader representing the joint forces community in Okinawa, Japan. Over the course of his 27-year Army career, Mr. Paone played a central role in the development, implementation, and advancement of logistics strategic plans, objectives and policy guidance. He’s coached and mentored multiple individuals and teams providing one-on-one guidance, created learning and growth plans, and monitored their progress at scale. As a result, they were able to provide solutions that satisfied their customer base and become a valuable contributor to the team.
Born and raised in Ramsey, New Jersey. Mr. Paone earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Providence College. He holds master degrees in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and Logistics Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. He resides in Tampa, Florida.
